We’re excited to unveil our new free app for Prolog Restoration clients that will make project communication, updates, details and keeping an eye on your log home quick and easy, no matter when or where. Now potential and current clients can access and keep track of all project information in one easy location that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. The app is free to download and use, and each customer will have their own personal account where they will have access to scheduling, notifications, photos showing progress, and the ability to ask and answer questions in real time.

We’re very excited to be one of the very first in the log home industry to be integrating technology like this for our clients. Current clients who have participated in a preview rollout of the app over the last two months have raved about how easy the app is to use, and the satisfaction they’ve experienced being able to check in on the progress of their projects at any time.

Here are a few of the highlights of what this app can do:

Communication Alerts & Updates: Any time something new is added, or changes are made, an email notification is sent. Messages can be shared and kept track of for easy reference later in the project, and you’ll have the ability to approve or respond to questions, requests or changes using your smart phone, tablet or computer.

Photo Updates: From Day 1 and throughout each project, our crew will take photos and upload them to the app so you can watch the progress in real time. You can also share those photos to Facebook if you want to keep friends and family in the loop.

Project Management & Tracking: All essential information such as contact numbers, contracts, change orders, approvals and responses will be recorded and accessible at all time. Clients can also keep track of to-dos, task lists, jobsite activity, and schedule progress.

Specs & Selections: No more panicking when you forgot what stain color you chose. The app will keep track of all selections such as stains, color charts, wood, etc.

Financials: From the proposal to the final payment, the app will keep track of all project financials, and notify you when payments are made or changes recorded.
